Re-book reminders are designed to send to clients at a given time after an appointment to prompt them to book in for their next appointment.
Re-book reminders can be turned on for your clinic. Please contact support@digitalpractice.vet, who can action this for you.
Note: Currently only compatible with Rx PMS (other PMS’s to be added in the future)
Re-book reminders:
Are automated messages triggered from selected PMS appointment types
Are sent to a client at a specified time after the original appointment.
Are sent if the pet doesn't already have another appointment booked in the future.
If a client has multiple pets due a reminder on the same day, they will be grouped into a single message to the client.
Customisation
To set up re-book reminders, the following information is required to customise these reminders for your clinic:
The appointment types from the PMS which should trigger a message.
How many days after the appointment should the reminder be sent
The reminder message text and content.
Optionally:
Add merge fields into the message body
Add media, either a PDF, image or video
Add a URL Link button
Add quick reply buttons
Note: A clinic can have multiple different re-book reminder message templates created and therefore can have any number of messages triggered at different frequencies or appointment types.
