1. Open a new or existing Conversation
2. Click on the '+' button next to the client chat field
3. Select an item from the menu
4. Upload your chosen attachment or take a photo/video* and click 'Send to client'
* The take a photo or video feature is supported on iOS and Android Mobiles and Tablets only.
If your client is using WhatsApp or Facebook:
You will both be able to send and receive photos, videos, .pdfs and audio messages
If your client is using SMS:
They can only receive media from you, they can not reply with media since this is not supported by SMS
The SMS has a link to the media, this expires after 7 days, but the media remains visible for the clinic
