You can write ‘queued’ messages (not for SMS) whilst waiting for the client to give consent to contact. These messages will automatically send once the client gives their' permission.
Where this feature is available, the send button will show a clock icon with it. Type your message as normal and click send, the message will be queued. Also works with payment links.
