Clinics can also choose to submit their templates to Meta (The company that owns WhatsApp, among other products and services) for approval. Templates approved by Meta do not require client consent to send, which is a major advantage when trying to contact your clients.
Once a template has been submitted, you may use it as a normal template immediately, but you will need to wait until it is reviewed and approved before you can send it without consent.
The status will be displayed on the Templates screen, check back in 20 mins or so and refresh, and/or use the filters to keep an eye on progress.
The template status will change to 'Approved' to show that it is ready to be sent without consent.
