For clinics that do not have a PMS that supports auto syncing payments (e.g. Robovet) they can click the cash up button on the payments screen to export a list of paid payments for manual reconciliation.
These are then optionally automatically set as complete in Digital Practice. This has to be turned on per clinic in settings by your system admin.
