Is your clinical team getting too many notifications from us or not getting enough of the right ones?
Each user can choose their own notification preferences by clicking on their profile icon top right of the screen (this might be their initials e.g. CM or a photo), then selecting 'Notifications'.
On this page you can choose your preferred delivery method(s) and granularly control which actions in DP will send you a notification.
Delivery channels
There are several methods available to choose from.

Advanced: Setting up web-push notifications.
Please contact support@digitalpractice.vet if you have trouble setting these up as they can be tricky on different devices! NOTE: currently only supported on MacOS, Windows and Android (not currently supported by iOS or iPadOS).
As mentioned above, once you have logged in to Digital Practice once, these notifications will appear in your device's notification tray even if your browser is closed.
There may be further configuration required within the settings menu in your browser and in your device settings.
On many devices, these notifications can be hidden behind your clock or notification bar and are rolled up into batches.
The steps below relate to iPhone and iPad, other devices will be similar.
Check your notification preferences in Digital Practice to see you have ‘Receive notifications via web-push’ turned on, and choose which individual ones you want in the ‘Web Push’ column in the table. Read about this above.
