Medicine and Monitoring reminders are designed to encourage clients to keep their pets’ regular treatments up to date. Reducing ill health in pets where regular preventatives have not been maintained.
Medicine and Monitoring reminders can be turned on for your clinic. Please contact support@digitalpractice.vet, who can action this for you.
Medicine and Monitoring reminders:
Are sent to clients based on the last invoiced date for specified item/product.
Are sent to clients based on the product frequency (administration frequency) and product duration (Pack size) e.g. Monthly for 3 months.
Are sent only if the original product has not been invoiced again since, for the patient.
Group and merge multiple pets by product due on the same day into a single reminder. e.g. 2 patients due the same product → client gets 1 reminder.

Hi {{Client}}, it's {{Duration}} since {{Pet}} last had {{Product name}}, this is now due.
It's vitally important for {{Pet}} to keep up with their treatments.

Customisation
To set up Medicine and Monitoring reminders, the following information is required to customise this reminder for your clinic:
The product SKU’s from the PMS which should trigger a reminder message.
Product interval (How often each product should be administered and therefore reminded)
Reminder duration (How many times the product should send a reminder)
Optionally:
The reminder message text can be customised if required.
Can have quick reply buttons such as:
An ‘Order’ quick reply button for the clinic to follow up and place an order for the client.
Note: A clinic can have multiple different Medicine and Monitoring reminder message templates created and therefore can have any number of messages triggered at different intervals or for different invoiced items.
