You can send a form request from the ‘Create’ menu at the top of the screen.
Or from within a conversation
Once selected, a list of all your published forms will display on screen, where you can select which one to send to your client.
Follow the on-screen prompts until your form has been sent.
A message will display in the client conversation showing the form has been sent to the client:
Note: For SMS messages, the form will be sent to the client as a plain URL.
