Go to the ‘Forms’ menu in the left-hand navigation.
All the clinic forms will be listed on screen in a list showing their status. There are filters and a search at the top of the screen to help find specific forms
To edit a form, select the 3 dots menu against the form and select the option.
The form will open on the screen for you to edit.

⚠️WARNING! When editing, make sure to save your form at the bottom of the page. Changes will be lost if you use the back and forward buttons in your browser. You may get a prompt to fill in missing information if the form isn’t complete before you are allowed to save.
ℹ️ You can edit a form when it’s already been sent to clients, but this will only be updated for those clients who haven’t filled it in yet.
