Please contact support@digitalpractice.vet, and our team can activate the forms feature for you.
To turn on the ‘Forms’ feature, a system admin can go to Clinic settings → features enable ‘Forms’ and click save.
The digital practice team will ensure that the ‘Default form request’ & ‘Default form complete’ template is made active for the clinic.
When forms are activated, you will see two new menu items in the Digital Practice navigation
‘Forms’ - Where you create/edit/view & archive your clinic forms
‘Forms Submissions’ - Where you can view all forms sent to clients and their status.
